For most not-for-profit organizations on a small budget, purchasing or developing donor management software is far too costly. Data storage / networking

CharityMaster has no limit on the number of names you can store in its database. Because the database is separate from the main program, it is networkable on all of your computers as no extra cost. The only limitation is that you cannot have more than five concurrent users. How is that for competing with the big guys?

Support

CharityMaster is so easy to use, that you will be up and running in no time. However, we back our product up with FREE support via phone and email for one year. There is no limit to the number of times you can email or the type of questions you can ask. After your first year, we ask that you pay a nominal $100 per year for this support. We also have a growing knowledge base in our client support area.

Updates

Minor updates to CharityMaster are FREE while you have an active support subscription. You'll be able to download and install the minor updates from our website for as long as you continue to use the product.

Occasionally, we release release upgrades which include important new features. These upgrades are available for a small fee. When an upgrade (rather than an update) is released, you must purchase the upgrade in order to be able to continue installing free updates that are released after this.

Secure Data

CharityMaster is not a web-based application – it’s installed directly on your computer so you own the software, along with your donor list and financial information. Unlike web-based donor management software, your database is safe from hackers and prying eyes. No Internet connection is needed to access customer records so you don’t rely on your software provider’s Internet connection or your own. Don't let another company hold your data hostage!

Although CharityMaster is really easy to use, we can arrange for an online demonstration of our system for your users at the time you purchase it or at any time while you are entitled to full support.
